Shipping & Return Policy

At Nuovafashion, the return window is 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can arrange a return and refund.

We have a without-question refund policy for our loyal clients. Yes, but you have to abide by a few key principles of returns.

Minimum Needs

The item must only be in the same condition as when it was first purchased. It cannot be worn, used, or altered in any way. You must return it along with:

  • The initial container and tags
  • The original invoice
  • Proof of purchases

Damaging

Please let us know if you’re unhappy with the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, has a problem, or you received the wrong goods, kindly get in touch with us immediately away.

We’ll check it straight away and take all necessary steps to make it right.

Exchanges

The simplest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you currently own and then buy the desired item when the return has been approved.

Exceptions

Some products, including personal care items, cannot be returned, including customized items and bespoke goods like special orders, lingerie, and personal items.

Hazardous materials, flammable substances, and chemicals cannot be brought back to us. Please get in touch if you have questions or issues about a specific item.

Gift cards and anything that are discounted or on sale are regrettably not returnable.

Refund

We’ll inform you immediately if your refund was accepted when we’ve received and reviewed your return. If it is accepted, a refund will be automatically issued to your preferred payment method.

Please be advised that your bank or credit card provider may need more time to process and deposit the refund.

Confirm that your order is cancelled from us

After submitting the cancellation, you will get a confirmation message in your email about the same. Please check your email after cancellation.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours and begin the refund process by your default payment method if it gets approved by the management. Please remember that the default payment method may take more time to process your refund depending on the case.
